Reasons why Rock is dead.?

I was reading a blog on why,MTV and Radio does not play Rock music
anymore.Because it focuses more on teen girls with popstar posters.And
reailty based shows and this is now also what radio now bases itself
on.Everything too do with media and not talent and what they, think is
new and hip.And that goes for Hip Hop such as P.E and NWA aswell.So
That why there is no new Beatles,Rolling Stones or Led Zepplin and
Black Sabbath or any others from the 60's 70's 80's and 90's style
band,making it anymore.

But what your view on that is Rock not hip anymore.
